The film contrasts the dangers of the talkshow circuit with the work of Jamie Husyman a clinical therapist who is a strong proponent of talkshows as a route to therapy. He offers a solution called Aftercare in which people who have appeared on the talkshow are offered free treatment in healthcare facilities.
